What is a service call?

A ‘service call’ is what people in our industry call coming out to troubleshoot something in your house. Basically, we visit you in order to service your problem! It could be any number of simple of basic problems, such as the following:

The next thing to be done is for us to schedule your service call. This is based on the slots available to us at the time of your call, which largely depends on the day of the week. The same goes if the estimate for your work requires a walkthrough, so that we can get a good look at the problem. If so, we’ll need to schedule that as well.
Once we provide you with our estimate, either over the phone or after a walkthrough, we’ll also be able to provide you with a timeline of when the work will be started, and when it will be likely to be finished. Once you’ve received both of these, you will give us a quick call (or email is fine too!) to let us know that you approve. And then we can start work, as soon as possible!

When we discuss potential dates and times, please bear in mind that due to the nature of our work, children and pets need to be kept away from the work area. This may affect the times when it’s convenient for us to complete our work.
